Can a Tenant Change the Locks in Iowa?

This question is about Iowa Landlord Tenant Rights

Iowa tenants are allowed to change their locks, if the rental agreement doesn’t say otherwise. The landlord still has a right of access to the rental property, so it’s always reasonable for tenants to provide copies of any new keys.
