In Oregon, you can get out of a real estate contract if you exercise your statutory right of revocation after receiving the Seller’s Property Disclosure Statement, which gives you 5 business days to cancel the transaction for any reason by delivering a signed written notice of revocation under ORS 105.475. You also may cancel at any time before closing if the seller fails to provide the required disclosure statement.
