How do I evict someone without a lease in Alaska?
If the Alaska tenant’s lease has expired, you must provide them with 14 or 30 days’ written notice, depending on whether rent was originally due on a weekly or monthly basis. If the tenant doesn’t move out, you must file an eviction case in court.
