How do I evict someone without a lease in Minnesota?
You may evict someone who never had a lease in Minnesota by providing them with at least 7 days’ written notice. If the lease has expired, you must provide them with 7 days’, 30 days’, or 3 months’ notice, depending on when rent is due.
