Can a landlord evict you immediately in Utah?

No, a landlord cannot evict you immediately in Utah, and must provide you with at least 3 days’ notice prior to beginning an eviction action.  In addition, Utah landlords must go through the court process and obtain a court order to remove you from the rental unit.
