Yes, a lease can automatically renew in Nevada. Leases may include an automatic renewal clause so that the lease renews on either a month-to-month basis or for the same duration of the original lease.
Otherwise, if neither party sends notice that they want to end the tenancy (and the landlord consents), the lease can renew if the tenant stays on the property. In this case, the tenancy is automatically month-to-month unless rent is paid weekly (NV Rev Stat § 118A.470 (2019)).
