How do I evict someone without a lease in Pennsylvania?

You may evict someone without a Pennsylvania lease by providing month-to-month tenants residing in the rental unit for at least one year with 30 days’ notice.  All other tenants must receive 15 days’ notice.  You will also be required to follow the legal eviction process.
