How Does Ownership Transfer Work in Oregon?

In Oregon, when a property’s ownership is transferred to a new owner, the old landlord must either transfer the deposit to the new landlord and alert the tenants of their contact information and provide them a receipt or return the security deposit directly to the tenant and notify the new owner.
