Phil is an alumnus of the University of Maryland College Park and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Criminal Justice. He subsequently received his Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland Francis King Care School of Law.
Before joining the editorial team at iPropertyManagement.com in 2023, Phil spent the previous three years working at HUD drafting, reviewing, and editing legal documents, and conducting fair housing examinations of real estate-related transactions.
