Are There Any Security Deposit Holding Requirements in Kentucky?

Kentucky requires that landlords provide a receipt for any security deposits collected that includes the location of the account and the account number. They should also hold the deposit in a separate account in a federally-regulated financial institution but are not obligated to pay interest.
