How do I evict someone without a lease in Nevada?
In Nevada, you can evict someone without a lease by giving at-will tenants at least 5 days’ written notice. Week-to-week tenants must be given 7 days’ notice, and all other tenants must be given 30 days’ notice. You must also obtain a court order to remove the tenant.
