How many days’ notice is required to terminate a month-to-month lease in Wyoming?
Wyoming state law doesn’t address how much notice is required to terminate a month-to-month lease; however, 30 days’ notice is sufficient for the tenant to find a new residence, or for the landlord to find a new tenant.
