A Missouri commercial lease agreement is a binding contract to lease office, retail, or industrial space to a tenant. The agreement sets the rights and duties for both landlords and tenants, as well as information about rent, deadlines, penalties, and other items.

The Missouri law governing commercial leases is Missouri Code Title 29, Chapter 441. These types of leases are longer and more complicated than a residential lease, so consulting with a lawyer is advisable.
